These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Unblinded Learn, available through learn.unblinded.io. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
Unblinded Learn is an educational platform intended to support learning in postgraduate pharmacology through structured and interactive lessons. The platform is meant for educational and informational purposes only.
You may use the platform only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law. If you are using the platform on behalf of an institution or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
The content on Unblinded Learn is provided for learning, revision, and academic support. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment guidance, or professional clinical judgment. You are responsible for how you use the information provided on the platform.
Some parts of the platform may require registration or paid access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes attempting to disrupt the service, gain unauthorized access, copy or scrape content at scale, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform, upload malicious code, or use the platform in any unlawful or harmful manner.
All platform content, including text, lesson structure, design, graphics, branding, and software, is owned by or licensed to us unless stated otherwise. Your use of the platform does not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, or commercially exploit platform content except as permitted by us in writing.
If paid plans or subscriptions are offered, you agree to pay all applicable fees, charges, and taxes associated with your selected plan. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We may change pricing or plan features prospectively.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
The platform may use or link to third-party tools, infrastructure, or services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of third-party services that are outside our control.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, business, goodwill, or opportunity arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Our total liability in relation to the platform shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to us for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000 if no amount was paid.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion if we believe you have breached these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
